Wildcat Backwoods Crew Rewards is our loyalty program for riders and guests who book their stays directly with Wildcat Backwoods.

The idea is pretty simple:

Ride Wildcat. Stay with us. Earn rewards. Come back and ride again.

Instead of spending all of our marketing budget trying to find a brand-new guest every weekend, we’d rather reward the riders who enjoy Wildcat Backwoods enough to come back.

And yes—the goal is for loyal guests to be able to earn FREE NIGHTS.

Why We Created a Rewards Program for Wildcat Riders

Wildcat isn’t necessarily a one-and-done destination.

Trails change.

Weather changes the riding.

Different groups come together.

Events bring riders back.

And sometimes you leave on Sunday already talking about the next trip.

That’s why we don’t want our relationship with guests to end at checkout.

Wildcat Backwoods is being built around repeat riding trips.

Our properties are designed as rider basecamps, with amenities intended to make bringing trucks, trailers, machines and riding gear easier.

Crew Rewards takes that same philosophy one step further.

If you’re going to keep coming back to ride, we think your stays should start earning you something.

Crew Rewards Are Available Only When You Book Direct

There’s one important thing to understand:

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms do NOT earn Wildcat Backwoods Crew Rewards.

You must book directly with Wildcat Backwoods through our official direct-booking system to earn eligible rewards.

Why?

Third-party platforms provide a valuable service. They help travelers discover properties, process reservations and give new guests a familiar place to make their first booking.

But those services also come with platform costs and fees.

Direct reservations allow us to build a relationship directly with our guests and reduce our dependence on third-party booking platforms.

We’d rather take some of that value and put it toward something our repeat guests actually care about:

Your First Stay Can Be Different From Your Next Stay

Maybe you discover Wildcat Pondside Basecamp or Wildcat Rally Basecamp through Airbnb or another booking platform.

That’s perfectly fine.

Third-party platforms can be a great way to discover us and experience Wildcat Backwoods for the first time.

But after you’ve stayed with us and know exactly what you’re getting, there’s another option for your next trip:

Book directly with Wildcat Backwoods.

That’s when you can begin taking advantage of direct-booking benefits such as our Crew Rewards program.

Our goal is for Wildcat Backwoods to be the reason you come back.

What Can Crew Rewards Be Used For?

The big goal is simple:

Two Basecamps. One Wildcat Backwoods Experience.

Wildcat Backwoods is being built around two different rider experiences.

Wildcat Pondside Basecamp

Wildcat Pondside Basecamp, or WPB, is designed for groups of up to eight guests.

It features four real queen beds, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two large living rooms and rider-focused amenities.

Depending on your stay and available amenities, that includes features such as truck and trailer parking, covered SxS parking, gear-management areas, commercial Speed Queen laundry, a commercial ice maker, a stocked kitchen, Weber grill, boot and glove dryer, pond, catch-and-release fishing and a pondside firepit.

The idea behind WPB is:

Ride Hard. Rest Easy.

Spend the day riding.

Come back.

Deal with the mud.

Eat.

Relax beside the pond.

Get a good night’s sleep.

Then do it again.

Wildcat Rally Basecamp

Wildcat Rally Basecamp, or WRB, is being developed as our larger private rider compound.

Its two-building layout separates sleeping and gathering areas, giving groups room to spread out.

Some riders can call it a night while others stay up talking, watching TV, dealing with gear or reliving whatever happened on the trails that day.

WRB combines group lodging with substantial parking, rider facilities and dedicated spaces for relaxing after riding.

It’s designed for the crew that wants to make the basecamp itself part of the weekend.

Why Book Direct?

Crew Rewards are a major reason, but they’re part of a bigger direct-booking strategy.

When you book directly, you’re dealing with Wildcat Backwoods, not communicating through another company’s reservation system.

That can make repeat trips easier because we already know our property, our area and what riders commonly need.

Most importantly:

Direct bookings can earn Crew Rewards. Third-party reservations cannot.

If you know you’re coming back, that’s worth remembering.

Does Booking Direct Mean Giving Up Convenience?

No.

Our goal is to make direct booking straightforward.

Guests can view the property, review availability, see pricing and make an eligible reservation through the Wildcat Backwoods direct-booking system.

We want booking directly to feel just as natural as booking through a major travel platform.

The difference is what happens afterward.

A third-party reservation is a transaction through someone else’s platform.

A direct reservation can become part of your relationship with Wildcat Backwoods Crew Rewards.

We don’t want Wildcat Backwoods to become a generic vacation rental where every weekend starts with eight strangers who found the cheapest available place.

We’re building these properties specifically around people who come to this area to ride.

Use eligible rewards toward future Wildcat Backwoods stays—including opportunities to earn free nights.

Important: Third-Party Reservations Don’t Earn Crew Rewards

We want to make this extremely clear so nobody books through another platform expecting rewards afterward.

Reservations made through Airbnb or other third-party booking platforms are not eligible to earn Wildcat Backwoods Crew Rewards.
