By using our website, submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
About Wildcat Backwoods
Wildcat Backwoods LLC provides short-term lodging and rider-focused accommodations in Laurel County, Kentucky, including lodging serving visitors to Wildcat Off-Road Park and the surrounding area.
Property-specific rules, rental agreements, booking terms, cancellation policies, and other requirements presented during the reservation process may also apply to your stay.
If a property-specific rental agreement or booking policy conflicts with these general website Terms regarding a reservation, the terms specifically presented and accepted for that reservation will control.
Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until any required booking process has been completed and the reservation has been confirmed by Wildcat Backwoods or an authorized booking platform.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, including the number of guests, contact information, dates of stay, and other information requested during booking.
The individual making the reservation must be legally authorized to enter into the reservation agreement and is responsible for the reservation and compliance with applicable property rules by members of their group.
Rates, Fees, and Taxes
Rates displayed on our website or provided through a quote are subject to availability and may change until a reservation is confirmed.
A reservation may include lodging charges, applicable taxes, cleaning charges, security deposits, damage-related charges, optional services, or other charges disclosed during the booking process.
The total amount due and applicable payment schedule will be provided before or during the reservation process.
Prices available through WildcatBackwoods.com may differ from prices offered through third-party booking platforms.
Payments

Wildcat Backwoods does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method.
Security Deposits
Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit, payment authorization, card hold, or other form of security against property damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, rule violations, or other amounts that may become due under the applicable reservation agreement.
When a refundable security deposit is collected, the deposit will be handled according to the terms disclosed for the applicable reservation.
If no authorized deductions are necessary, the refundable portion of the security deposit will be returned after the property has been inspected and the reservation has been completed.
After Wildcat Backwoods initiates a refund, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in the guest’s account may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or payment method.
When permitted by the applicable reservation agreement, Wildcat Backwoods may deduct amounts reasonably due for damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, unauthorized activity, or other charges attributable to the reservation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary by property, rate, promotion, booking channel, and reservation.
The cancellation policy shown and accepted at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or other booking services are also subject to the applicable platform’s policies and the cancellation terms associated with that reservation.
Refunds, when applicable, may require additional processing time after being issued because of processing by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or booking platforms.
Property Rules
Guests are required to comply with all property-specific house rules and reservation requirements provided before or during their stay.

Parking and trailer parking

Off-Road Recreation
Wildcat Backwoods provides lodging for guests visiting the region, including guests participating in UTV, ATV, side-by-side, Jeep, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
Wildcat Backwoods does not own, operate, supervise, or control Wildcat Off-Road Park, public trails, third-party riding areas, or other recreational facilities unless expressly stated otherwise.
Outdoor recreation and motorized off-road activities involve inherent risks. Guests are responsible for evaluating trail conditions, weather, their vehicles and equipment, their own abilities, and applicable laws and rules before participating in recreational activities.
References on our website to trails, parks, trailheads, riding areas, distances, or recreational opportunities are provided for informational and trip-planning purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of accessibility, conditions, safety, or availability.
